We are very pleased to announce that the image database of JSTOR content provider Artstor, which contains nearly 3 million high-quality photographs of humanity’s artistic heritage compiled by leading museums and archives around the world, is now available by subscription.

Although we purchase e-books for the University of Szeged from several publishers and reseller aggregators, the backbone of our collection is the following large e-book databases and collections.

The University of Szeged subscribes to tens of thousands of journal titles to ensure our researchers have the best possible access to the literature. With few exceptions, journals are available online as part of huge collections and databases.

We would like to inform our users that from December 2025 Statista database will be available through the subscription of the University of Szeged.

New eBooks are now available to readers at the University of Szeged Klebelsberg Library and Archives, acquired with the support of Katalin Karikó.

We would like to inform our users that we have access to thematic e-book packages (growing throughout the year) from Springer Nature that contain more than 4000 new e-books published in 2025.

The Research Commons multidisciplinary database contains data from open sources that can improve the findability of documents created after 2015 that are not otherwise indexed on the Web of Science platform.
