The university’s lead management has decided to phase out the use of Journal Citation Reports ranking in grant evaluations from February 2025. From then on, journals will only need to meet the minimum quartile requirements in the Scimago Journal Rank (SJR).

Although we purchase e-books for the University of Szeged from several publishers and reseller aggregators, the backbone of our collection is the following large e-book databases and collections.

We are pleased to inform that thanks to a subscription from the SZAOK Dean’s Office, the significantly expanded British Medical Journals – Extended Collection journal collection has been purchased for 2025 and we have a Read and Publish agreement with the publisher BMJ.
