Management Declaration

The Management of the SZTE Klebelsberg Library and Archives hereby declares and confirms its commitment to operate and continuously improve its quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which applies to the main activity and all related activities that support its implementation, in order to ensure the high quality and efficient performance of library and archival activities.

The Management of the institution to ensure the effective functioning of the quality management system:

Emphasises to all of the partners of the institution the importance of meeting the requirements and expectations of users, as well as complying with the relevant legal requirements, and to this purpose it continuously monitors and evaluates the level of satisfaction of readers and other stakeholders.

Establishes a quality policy that aligns with its objectives, setting achievable, realistic and measurable quality targets.

Carries out the institution’s regular management reviews to continuously improve and refine its main service procedures and Quality Assurance System by examining and analysing incoming and outgoing data, and strives to maintain the results achieved.

Ensures the availability of the necessary resources, the development of the appropriate organisational structure and infrastructure, takes into account the qualification, skills and competencies required for the given tasks when selecting employees, ensures the continuous professional and quality training and further education of employees, the creation of an appropriate work environment and the maintenance of a positive workplace climate.

The Management of the SZTE Klebelsberg Library and Archives expects all its employees to contribute to achieve the quality objectives set out in the institution’s strategy.

On behalf of the management of the SZTE Klebelsberg Library and Archives, the institution’s director general, assisted by quality management assistants, is responsible for the management of the Quality Assurance System, the control of its operation, the preparation of improvements, as quality assurance officer until further notice. Their activities are supported by a Quality Management Task Force made up of the institution’s employees.
