Borrowing
Documents available for overnight loan will not be available during the summer closure period. Borrowing of such items will no longer be possible as of Friday, July 17, 2026.
For loans that would normally expire during the closure period, the grace period may include closed days as well. Please plan returns accordingly.
Due dates are calculated based on the current Circulation Policy, taking the closed period into account. However, due to updates to the annual opening calendar, some earlier loans might have due dates falling during the closed period. These will be adjusted to one of the next available open days of the library.
You can check your exact due dates by logging into your library account.
Overdue fees continue to accumulate during the closure period, so we strongly recommend returning borrowed items before the library closes for the summer.
Returning Borrowed Items – Between July 20 and August 7, 2026, Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00

If you return items by post, the date of delivery counts as the return date. Overdue fees stop accumulating on that day.
Circulation Desk – July 20 to August 7, 2026
Only the return of library documents is possible; no other services are available.
For university staff requiring signatures on their exit forms, this will be available:
July 20 – August 7, Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00
For all other administrative matters, certificates and confirmations can only be issued after reopening, starting from August 24, 2026, once all library matters are complete.
Interlibrary Loan
The interlibrary loan service for library users will be paused from July 17 to August 24, 2026.
For partner libraries, the service will be unavailable from July 31 to August 24, 2026.
New requests and incoming mail will be processed after reopening, which may take longer than usual.
Stack Room Services
Stack room requests for library users will be processed until 2:00 PM on July 17, 2026. The service will next be available on August 24, 2026.
